As part of the service we carry out a careful assessment to ensure that equity release is right for your client. If we believe there’s a better option our advisers will suggest possible alternatives. And if we are sure that equity release is the right option, we take time to understand your client’s individual objectives.

• No advice fee to pay unless they decide to buy a plan that we recommend

Our advice carries no obligation, and your client will only be charged if they decide to take out an equity release plan we recommend. If your client does decide to take out a plan, there will be a fee of £1,100 for our advice and for arranging the plan.

• An introducer fee of 1.75% of the amount released for every completed case (minimum £750)

• Simple registration and referral process

• Clients must be aged 55 or over (youngest applicant if a couple)

• They must own their own home, based in the UK and of standard construction.

• The home must be worth at least £70,000.
