Head of Customer Solutions

Matt is responsible for delivering outstanding customer outcomes and financial advice through a team of 87 people, including call centre staff and financial advisers. Matt's team take the customer from their initial enquiry, through to advice on appropriate solutions, ensuring that we are both customer centric and can meet and exceed both our high standards and those of the regulator.

Prior to joining Just, Matt held roles within HSBC, where over a career of 25 years he worked in many departments culminating in managing a team of 280. Matt delivered holistic financial advice through tied advisers and IFAs in both the retail and commercial sectors.

Matt has more than 30 years' experience in all aspects of financial services. He has spent the majority of this time involved in helping clients plan for the future and meet their financial needs and is particularly interested in and passionate about the development of people.

Matt is qualified to diploma level in financial services and holds a number of qualifications within this including the Equity Release and Long Term Care planning Certificates as well as the Regulated Sales Management Certificate.
